etc. *Each filename will be unique, based on the LinkID *In a second
merge document which may be run days later, a copy of the edited
specified clauses also needs to be included in this (second merge)
document. *Is there a way to do this without the user having to
specify the file to be used - we are trying to remove user
intervention/user error in this process.

In the data source (is a csv export from SQL and has some 3000 fields,
but only 1 record and is named automatically in the export process),
contains a field called LinkID which provides at least the first 3
characters of the filename (this will always be unique). The other
characters are determined by various other influences, but are not
found in the datasource. As the 2 merges are done at different times,
but use the same datasource, the LinkID appeared to be the best route
to be able to find the resultant 1st merged document. I cannot store
this data in the 2nd merge document as merges relating to other
agreements will be conducted by multiple users throughout each day,
using the 2nd merge document.
