The appropriate way to send documents to print shops and clients is as PDFs.
Many print shops will not even accept any other format.

Thank you for the response. At times we would want to send a softcopy of
a
document to a client or in some cases send to a third party printing shop.
At least I know I can't do what I would like and will have to find other
ways
of managing this.
Thanks.

*Any* document that you allow someone to see is pretty much theirs to do
with as they want, so any attempt to prevent users from removing content
of
a document that you are going to allow them access to will be futile. The
normal practice would be to insert the logo in the appropriate headers of
the relevant document template, which will largely prevent accidental
deletion. Employees who deliberately abuse company templates can be dealt
with by disciplinary measures and is thus a management issue.
Have you considered using pre-printed stationery?

Hi, how can I create a corporate template document with a logo and
"freeze it" so that users of the template cannot remove the logo?
