Save, Save as document problem
Word 2007 can not Save, Save as, Save as Word Template, Word 97-2003,
OpenDocument Text or Other formats. The only option that works is PDF or XPS
My System is
Microsoft Office Pro Plus
Windows 7 64 bit
Norton Internet Security 10
All updates are current.
Disabled add-ins, tried as administrator but no luck. Then I tried to repair
Office by CP, Programs, change MS Pro Plus, Repair. Did not solve the problem.
I beleive the problem started when I close a document(s) and try to exit
Word, it does not exit immidiately and the following message pops up;
"Changes have been made that affects the global template. Normal.dotm. Do
you want to save changes?"
I tried to solve this problem by following the advise given in Help which
directed me to: "For more information, see the Microsoft Knowledge Base
article 918064."
None of the steps helped.
The only time it works is if I run word with /a switch
What could be wrong?
