I amnew to Word 2007, using the older version of word it was easy to scan a
document into word and then insert it into the document i am working on. With
word 2007 I have found two problems :-

The document is scanned as A4 size but when I insert it into the document I
am working on (also A4) it is oversized and needs to be adjusted.

When inserting the document and adjusting the size it is incedibly slow in
responding( much slower than when carrying out the same operation using the
older Word version)

Any suggestions please?
