Is Outlook your default e-mail application?
On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Programs tab, under E-mail, click Microsoft Office Outlook, and click
OK.

I am trying to merge labels in Word using my Outlook contacts. I have

both starting from Word and Outlook and get error messages.

get when I use the Merge feature from within Word, and;
"You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation..." when

I have successfully merged many times using other computers. Does anybody
