I'm guessing that at some point someone wanted to print selected labels,
omitting those that are formatted as Hidden.

I have set up some address labels in word 2007. In the "normal" screen

"normal" mode but if I right click on it it will not give me any option

mis-spelt word) underneath it and it will not print these words or show
