I received a document created by someone else. In the "File" menu, some of
the usual options are missing. The one I really need is "Print."

I want to print to a different printer than my default. (I know I can just
change the default but I do not want to do that.)

If I open a blank document in the same Word session the menu is OK.

I cannot contact the person who created the document.
