My experience is that the vendor of the last used label is the one that
appears when I click on the Options button in the Labels tab of the
Envelopes and Labels dialog. At least when I just did that, Avery US Letter
appeared as the selected Vendor in the Label Options dialog because the
label that was active on the Labels tab was an Avery US Letter label.
