Basically it's just a field, {FileName \p}, where the \p switch means
to include the path. You can insert this in Word 2007 by clicking
Insert Quick Parts Field, choosing FileName in the list, and
checking the box for "Add path to filename".
If you want a building block to appear in the header or footer
gallery, go to Office Button New; in the search box at the top,
enter the word Filename; and download the template it finds. Follow
the instructions in the template to install the building blocks.
