Massive Font Change
I take it that when you say "a preset template" you don't mean one
template for all the different newsletters? If you did, you'd simply
open the template and make the changes, and every new document based
on it would show the changes.
If your multitude of newsletter templates all use the same paragraph
style names and the same formats of the paragraphs, then you can make
the changes once and then copy the styles from that one to each other
one when you open them, using "Import/Export" under "Manage Styles" on
the Styles panel. (Presumably there are other ways to access it
depending on your version of Word.)

I produce a large number of daily newsletters for my work using a preset
template. I have prepared quite a few newsletters for the following
months in which minute changes may occur. Such changes are entered
manually without much ado.
Now, the word has reached my co-workers and me that the company wants to
use the same template (as in layout) but would like to have totally
different fonts used.
Changing all of the newsletters manually into the new fonts of their
choice would be a huge task for the team (well over 2,000 newsletters).
Is there any chance to resolve this in an easier way?
Thanks for your suggestions!
