I have several Word (2003 version) documents that I have already created using fill in forms. I would like to set it up so that when a field is filled in, it will populate to other Word documents in certain fields. For example, if I type a person's name in one document, I would like it to appear in other documents where their name has to appear without having to type it on every form. These are admissions documents for a nursing home and there are MULTIPLE forms that are very time consuming. Any suggestions?
