In Word 2003, I open a black document, then choose Letter &
Mailings on the Tools drop down menu followed by Envelopes
& Labels. On the dialog box that opens, click on Add to
Document. Insert your logo and Company address in the upper
left. Save the modified document with a name of your
choice. When you next open the document and choose Letter &
Mailings Envelopes and Labels and you are on your way.
