I use Windows XP and Office 2003. I am trying to mail merge a .csv (comma
delimited data source) file into a Word document. I have to match fields. I
have tried this several times but apparently am doing something wrong. Would
you please walk me through the steps to accomplish this mail merge?
Can you explain why you want to match fields (just want to be sure we're on the
same wavelength)?
Are you using the mail merge toolbar, or the Steps in a taskpane to set up the
mail merge? (So that I know how to talk you through)
