I need to find a way to take data from one Form and transfer it to another. I
am working on an Online Form template that is in landscape orientation. I
need to take certain bits of information from Forms in the main document and
print them at the top of the same sheet of paper when it is in a lever arch
file in portrait orientation. ie I need to rotate text through 90 degrees. I
can do this using Text Boxes but how do I transfer data from a Form in the
main document to a Ref form in a Text Box?

You shouldn't try to use text boxes; field codes don't work reliably in them.
You might try a Table, instead, if this is Word 2000 or later.
