I don't recall ever creating that keystroke combination, but maybe I did.
In any case, now I know how to "recreate" it!

That was never a standard shortcut, but you can create it in any Word
version.

Open the Insert Symbol dialog. Set the font name to Wingdings.
Scroll the list of symbols down to the bottom and click the check mark
near the right end of the last row. Click the Shortcut Key button.
Press Ctrl+; and click Assign and then Close.
