Sorry I have been out of the office. I did eliminate the temp files, but I
did not utilize the DOS command. It did help getting the error message, but
word will not open a document with the double click or open command most of
the time. It opens with a grey screen and then when I go back to open it
works fine. This does not happen all the time but most of the time.
