An extra blank sheet is sent through the printer at the end of a Word
document. When I used Word Perfect, I could easily look at the codes and
remove the Hard Page code at the end of the document. I can not easily
accomplish the same result in MS Word. What do I do?

But you *can* accomplish the same result -- not viewing the codes,
because there are no codes, but figuring out why there's an extra
page.

Start by displaying nonprinting characters -- press the ¶ button on
the toolbar. Look at the "blank" last page. If it contains one or more
paragraph marks (the same ¶ symbol) with no text, delete them. Word
won't let you delete the last one, since that contains all the
document-level formatting.

If the last thing on the real last page is a table, and it forces the
final paragraph mark to the next page, try selecting that mark and
formatting it to a font size of 1 pt.

There are other things that can cause a blank page, such as "Next
page" paragraph formatting. More tips to deal with these are at
