need more help for creating documents. wrote:

even open word...I can't even pass the login page for my email to
send you an email...I just don't whats wrong...I can't even open
the help files because I get an error report saying they are
missing...when I try to reinstall, word tries to open up and then
it says it can't read the language...everything else works fine,

I can't open email, I can't open documents, I can't create
documents in word...we have microsoft office xp proffessional but
word won't work. It seems like the program is missing
something...maybe I need to restore it somehow...but how?
