simply delet voice input from your language input setting (right click on
language bar and select "setting") will clear this error.

Were you using the speech feature? Word is "hinting" that it was turned on,
possibly accidentally. Click on Tools in the menu and see if Speech is
checked. If it is... then click to remove the check.
