Unless you're using the version of Word that removed the Insert key's
assignment from the Overtype toggle. ;-) In which case... Stressed Out can
also toggle overtype by double-clicking the OVR on Word's status bar.

(If his/her Insert key doesn't work, she/he can put the Insert assignment
back using Tools - Customize - Keyboard; set Categories to All Commands; set
Commands to Overtype; click in the Press New Shortcut Key field; tap the
Insert key; then click Assign - Close - Close).
