If you have disabled balloons and are displaying the document in a view
showing markup, the markup will print this way when you click Print. If you
instead go to the Print dialog (Ctrl+P) and select "Document" instead of
"Document showing markup," or if you print from Final view instead of Final
Showing Markup, the markup will not be printed.
