Does the PNG print OK from another program (i.e., Photoshop)?

Did you use Insert Picture or paste the PNG into the doc?

Have you tried linking to the PNG?

What version of Word are you using?

Is your printer driver up-to-date?

Is it a PNG-8 or PNG-24?
