The file contains section breaks and text boxes, no frames.
Somehow, I managed to select the boxes in the first two pages, and CTRL-Q
removed them.
But I couldn't figure out how to select the other three pages.
I reverted the file, and now I cannot select any boxes.
Incidentally, when I view in Normal, only the section breaks appear. To see
the text boxes, I have to view in Print Layout.
Recall that I mentioned this file was created by Omnipage, not by Word, so
there's no telling what's in it. Although, I'm working on versions saved by
Word.
(I'm doing the workaround: make the text boxes frames one by one -- there
are only 3 more pages to go!)

simple Ctrl+A, Ctrl+Q will remove them.

I have a file with dozens of textboxes (converted to Word from pdf by

The boxes are "linear", i.e. they span the width of the page, one after
another. They are not sprinkled around.
I know I can convert each box to a frame, then delete the frame, but this

I know also that removing text boxes can be tricky, since positioning the
contents can be impossible. Even so...
Is there a way to remove the text boxes, without fussing with each one?
