If the document was saved in Word 2007 format as a .docx file, you can
download the Compatibility Pack at home to let Word 2003 open and edit it:

If you don't want to do that, the alternative is to use Save As in Word 2007
at work to save it in Word 97-2003 format as a .doc file.
