In Word 2007, the quickest way to get started is via Home tab | Multilevel
List; click the "1 Heading 1 1.1 Heading 2 1.1.1 Heading 3" built-in
format. Then place the insertion point in the first Heading 1 paragraph of
the document. On the Home tab, click Multilevel List, and then click Define
New Multilevel List. Click Level 2. In the "Enter formatting for this level"
box, replace the current separator (the period) with a hyphen.

have the choice for only one, "Heading 1", "Heading 2" and so on,

both.
I have gone so far as to research the switches under "alt f9" to see
if

The only other way i have been able to work with this is use the
