The only way to print a document in Landscape format is to go into the
page
setup and set it there.
So we know that Word is working OK.
If you simply try to print a document and select
landscape from within the print options it comes out portrait.
So it sounds like the problem is with the printer driver. I'd suggest
downloading the latest printer driver for your version of Windows from the
manufacturer's web site to see if that makes a difference.
