Doug has given you the best method to work with bulleted and numbered lists,
that is, via styles.

Note, however, that the Adjust List Indents command is on the context menu
if you right-click the actual bullet or number (as opposed to a
bulleted/numbered paragraph).

Doug - thank you.

You should define and use styles. Then all that you need to do is modify
the style and the changes will be applied to all instances of it. That
may
be too late in your case and if so, the only other alternative might be
to
create a macro to run through the table and make the changes, but that
may
get a bit complicated if it is only to some, but not all of the cells
that
the changes need to be made.

Doug - thank you for your prompt response. I had discovered this
"manual
method" - I have a table that spans multiple pages and has multi-level
bullet
lists. Do you have any ideas on to make the format change once without
have
to go cell-by-cell? Thank you.
