Default SM service mark symbol

Can not find this mark on the Symbol list. Is it there? Can I add
it and how do I do that?

It's in the big Unicode fonts, Arial Unicode and Lucida Sans Unicode, as
character hex 2120 in the "Letterlike Symbols" subset. In Word 2002 or 2003
you can type the number 2120 in your document and then press Alt+X to
display the symbol. If you use it a lot, click either the AutoCorrect button
or the Shortcut Key button to create a quick-access method.

In general, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/InsertSpecChars.htm for
how to insert special characters and how to make keyboard shortcuts for
them.
