Cathy -

Showing that the table is deleted is by design of Tracked Changes.
However, there are quite a few instances where it is better to just
accept the changes for the offending object. Accepting that the table
is deleted is one of them. Another is accepting that a footnote is
deleted, so that the footnote numbers display correctly rather than
indicating a missing number is another one.
