Default Deleting a frame

Are you really talking about frames, or are you referring to paragraph
borders?

Well, still have a problem.
If I delete a paragraph mark it deletes next 2 lines and get the content

of
2 frames into 1.

If there is a "blank line," you can delete it as you would text. Just
select the paragraph mark and press Delete. The task will be easier if
you display the paragraph marks (ΒΆ). To do so, press Ctrl+Shift+8. For
more, see http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/NonPrintChars.htm.

On the other hand, if you are referring to an actual line, that is, a
paragraph border, here's how to delete it: Select the paragraph(s). In
Format | Borders and Shading, click the Borders tab. Click "None," and
then click OK. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Q to remove the
border. In fact, Ctrl+Q would remove both the frame and the border,
unless either of these was saved to the applied paragraph style.
