I am trying to find a template with consistant pattern with Headers and sub
headers, having a table of contents with the headers and sub-headers in a

numbering pattern
I don't want the table of contents pages numbered but want the rest numbered.
Every time I try to set this up for myself it keeps falling into disarray.
