Default Adjust List Indents option when working with bullets inside a

You should define and use styles. Then all that you need to do is modify
the style and the changes will be applied to all instances of it. That may
be too late in your case and if so, the only other alternative might be to
create a macro to run through the table and make the changes, but that may
get a bit complicated if it is only to some, but not all of the cells that
the changes need to be made.
