cannot turn on page numbering, tried normal steps to do so word 2.
I have used word 2003. not much has changed to set page numbers in 2007.
but i cannot get the page numbering to turn on. there are no disabled
add-ons. I try to click on bottom of page (same with the other choices) and
nothing happens.
