Hello..
I have a few questions regarding page number formatting. My boss has
written his rough draft of his dissertation and would like assistance with
formatting. What we would like to do is 1) insert 5 blank pages to the rough
draft he has already composed (this is to compensate for the TOC,
preface,etc. which he will compose later on) and number these pages with
roman numerals

2)Using standard numbers, we would like to number Chapter pages-bottom
center / following pages within a particular chapter - upper right hand corner

I am a novice when it comes to formatting something like this. Can someone
kindly offer their assistance?
