You should not be putting any text in normal.dot. You would want to be using
a custom document template instead. For more on the different kinds of
templates, tabs on the file new dialog, and locations of templates folders
see http://addbalance.com/usersguide/templates.htm.

Suzanne is correct that you can use AutoText to get your table onto
subsequent pages. If it is something that you only need displayed on each
page (but not type in) you could put it in a header or footer.
