A lady in our office is having problems sending word documents as attachments
in outlook. she's using office xp, and when she does File-Send to-as
attachment in word, she gets a message saying that the file must be saved
into word 6.0/95 format. if she saves it, it will let her attach the file
with no problem. then if she opens that file again and tries to send it as
an attachment again, the same problem occurs. any ideas? the problem occurs
with all her files, not just one. and it occurs every time she tries to send
as an attachment.
