Default Can print #10 env OK, but small one has margin problems. Fix?

The difference will be the Windows XP printer driver which is more fussy
about paper sizes and Word can only work with what the driver allows. If
there is no updated driver available from the printer manufacturer, you may
have to experiment with larger envelope sizes and adjust the margins to make
up the difference. I would urge you to create templates for the different
envelopes you use - there are some samples also on my web site.

Sorry, Graham, but I found nothing in your very nice presentation
that helps me find why about 1" is cut from the return address on 6
1/2 envelopes, but #10s print it just fine. It used to work, but
stopped when I reinstalled Office 2003 over my new Win XP pro
installation. I don't know what could have changed or how to correct
it.

In Word 2003, small envelopes stopped printing due to margin
problems. Don't know how to reset envelope margins. Using HP LJ1012
printer, which worked on Win2000 OS, but seems to have changed under
Win XP Pro. No idea why or how something was changed. # 10 envelopes
continue to work OK. Prints fine with no error messages. 6 1/2 in
env won't print OK - return address is truncated on left.
