Hmmm, that doesn't work the way I want to in Word 2000. For example, I have 4
paragraphs, is there a way to select the 1st and 3rd paragraph without
selecting the 2nd and 4th?

If you press Ctrl and click in the left margin, you will select the entire
document (a very handy shortcut that I use a lot). But if you already have
text selected, then Ctrl+click will highlight (an) additional
selection(s)--but only in Word 2000 (or 2002?) and above.

I have a user that swears that she uses the Ctrl key + Mouse click to

select
various paragraphs within a document so she can copy and paste selected

text
into a different document. When I attempt to Ctrl+Mouse Click on various
paragraphs, it selects the whole document.

Can anybody else tell me different?
