table of contents with alpha numberic page numbers
In Word, I have several appendicies with specific page numbers (A-1, A-2,
B-1, B-2) and need the table of Contents to pick up both the alpha and
number, i.e.
Appendix A.............................................A-1
A.1 Introduction ......................................A-2
B-1, B-2 etc. How do i accomplish this?
