Default Word should display list of all fonts used in a document.

Thanks Stefan for sending the links. They are quite useful and I am sure I
would be regularly using the features mentioned in the articles. Just a query
whether the features are available in Excel and PowerPoint also?

While working on a large document where sections are owned by

different
people, the formatting structure of the document becomes difficult

to manage.

We can look at a specific example (font) which is difficult to

check.

Often the font style & size, italic status / bold status etc. is

difficult
to track. It is cumbersome for users to go through the document and

check for
inconsistencies.
If a feature is available which would list all the fonts (such as

style,
size etc.) used in the document along with the details about the

location of
them it would be of great help to the user to remove formatting
inconsistencies in the document.

The feature can be enhanced to include details about other

formatting
features such as Paragraph formatting etc. later.
