Default TOC Page numbering Incorrect after Sending Via Email
Table of Contents is OK when docuemnt is saved. But when opened by another
user recieving via Outlook email all pages are numbered 3. An update fixes
but if sent again it reverts back again.

Anybody any ideas why this would happen.
