I use cutepdf which you can download for free from the Internet. Not as
powerful or flexible as Adobe Acrobat, but the price is right. To use it
(and most other utilities) you install the utility and it gives you a pdf
printer driver. Then in any application you print to that printer and end up
with a pdf file instead of a piece of paper.
