Even laser printers have *some* unprintable area, though it's usually less.

Thanks Suzanne, would it work on a laser printer?

This is not so much Word as your printer imposing these limitations. If
this
is the trailing edge of a landscape document printed on an inkjet
printer,
the unprintable area may be at least half an inch.

Hi - I'm trying to make a 3-panel folded pamphlet (via setting up 3
columns).
I have a half inch margin all around, but want a full-panel picture
on
the
front panel. But Word clips everything that goes into the half inch
margin.
I've tried playing with the margins, but the picture still gets
clipped.
How
can I get the front panel photo to stretch the entire panel without
being
clipped? I'm using Word 2003 (Office 2003 Pro) on a WinXP SP2 PC.
Thanks!
