The default should be the full menu and if you want a customized menu, have
that option in the option box. That customized menu thing is so annoying

Dear Mad,

It's neither new nor an innovation, but it is ridiculous. Fortunately you
can turn it off. Open the Tools Customize dialog, click the Options tab,
and check the box for "Always show full menus".
