Thanks for responding. I looked over the link you provided but no luck.
Both computers have only one single printer installed (other than things like
Microsoft Image Writer and Adobe PDF) and it is the exact same printer and
print driver. Tried just now to uninstall and reinstall both compters'
printers and print drivers, but same problem exists.
I tried printing test pages from the printer page itself, and both pages
turned out identical. The issue seems to only appear on Word; I don't have
that issue with printing from Excel or any other application. Any
suggestions?
