I followed your instructions and that did not work. But I did
select the
Commands tab after the selecting Customize and went into the Table
category.
After do this the Table|Insert, Table|Delete,..... showed up in the
category
pane. After this the menu item worked. Whatever ahappen seem to
have reset
things and now I am back in business.
