You can use the Tools Letters & Mailings Envelopes & Labels
dialog. Choose the Avery 5388 index card in the options, which prints
three 3x5 cards on an 8.5x11 sheet. Click the New Document button to
make a document containing a table set up for these cards.
If you buy real Avery 5388 stock, it's perforated to match the table.
If you print on plain heavy paper, turn on the table's borders (in
Format Borders & Shading) and then cut along the lines.
