Hi Adam,
Word provides no field manipulation tools (eg switches/filters) for this. However, if you place the fields into a table in which the
cell heights & widths are fixed, you can prevent the text wrapping from changing the label heights - anything that does not fit the
space provided will simply be truncated. Note too that, with a table, you have the option of formatting cells so that the text size
auto-adjusts to fit the space available.
