In Word 2000 and above, you can either design the menu full (Letter) size
and use the "2 pages per sheet" option in the Print dialog, or design it
actual (half-Letter) size by using the "2 pages per sheet" option in the
Page Setup dialog. In either case, you must either duplicate page 1 on page
2 or tell Word to print pages 1, 1.
