thinking - the new document window will open faster. I repeat the steps to
download and... surprise, I see opening another instance of Word 2007 (the
existing instance is ignored). Of course, I get the wrong Help window
again.


I can reach my end (downloading templates), but I wish to signal this
behaviour which is strange for me.
